2 Then In the production process, there are QC staffs timely sampling ensure that the products are free of defects in the manufacturing process, and to coordinate and handle any abnormal quality issues may be occurred.
3 The final step of production process is magnetic particle flaw detector of the metal parts to detect it’s hidden crack or other defects.
4 All the finished metal parts is sampled in proportion and sent to the laboratory for various mechanical performance tests and size measurement, and the surface quality is manually 100%  inspected.

Workers who are near the machine should always maintain a safe distance, especially if the speed of the machine is fast enough to entangle clothing. The speed of the PTO is usually 540 to 1,000 revolutions per minute, and the speed is enough to cause injury in a split second.

Safety precautions

One of the most important safety precautions for a PTO shaft is to make sure that it is properly guarded at all times. Choosing the Right PTO Shaft For Your Tractor

There are a number of different PTO shaft types available for your tractor. These include the North American, German and Italian styles. They are also available in various series, each with different options for bearing diameter and cap-to-cap overall length. To choose the best shaft for your tractor, it’s important to know what kind of tractor you own and the type of PTO that you need.

IID shaft

When it comes to choosing the best IID shaft for your PTO, the selection process can be a challenge. Whether you are replacing the shaft in your own tractor or need to purchase one for a client, there are several factors to consider. The right PTO shaft for your tractor should be compatible with the equipment you currently use. For instance, a shaft that can be used in a farm tractor will fit a different farm tractor than one used in a construction machine.
First of all, a safety shield is a critical part of your IID shaft. The shielding will help keep the entire shaft free of any potential hazards. Typically, shielding will cover the straight part of the shaft, universal joints, and PTO connection. A shield can also help protect you from injury if you accidentally run into the shaft or touch the guard.
A power take off shaft will be the best choice if you are using a tractor for other applications, such as mowing, shredding, or plowing. A PTO shaft is also a crucial part if you own a large tractor or implement. It will allow you to operate your equipment with maximum efficiency.
An IID shaft is designed to slide into another piece when the tractor’s PTO is engaged. A disconnected IID shaft can pull the two pieces apart and cause the tractor to swing uncontrollably when it is engaged. This can cause serious injuries or even death. Choosing the Right PTO Shaft

There are several different types of PTO shaft. These include the Transmission PTO, the Economy PTO, the Type 4″ pto shaft, and the Two-stage clutch pto shaft. It is important to choose the correct one to ensure a smooth operation. When choosing a PTO shaft, consider the characteristics and uses of each type.

Transmission PTO

If you have been experiencing trouble with your Transmission PTO shaft, you may want to take it to a mechanic to have it looked at. A PTO problem can be frustrating and costly to fix. Here are some tips for resolving PTO problems. Start by checking your transmission oil and air pressure levels. Also, check for cracked or kinked hoses and screens. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to replace your PTO.
There are two types of Transmission PTO shafts, Type 1 and Type 2. The first type was designed to be used for 540 rpm applications. Later versions were designed to handle higher PTO powers, and the diameter was changed to increase its speed. Both types have different diameters, so be sure to check the spline count.
Transmission PTOs are commonly used between tractors and farm equipment. These PTOs have the feature of a universal transmission, although the input and output ends are not always on the same plane. PTO Shafts and PTO Shaft Shields

When choosing a PTO shaft, measuring the various pieces is an important aspect. Each piece must be measured in a specific way, with the shaft in a closed position. Measure the length between the outsides of the yokes. The closed length will help you determine the correct PTO series size for the horsepower of your tractor.

540 rpm

Shaft CollarA 540 RPM PTO Shaft will fit CZPT PTO models. These shafts are slightly indexed to allow for easy PTO drive hookups. These shafts will also work with 1000 RPM implements. They also feature a snap ring that will allow for quick and easy removal.
PTO shafts are commonly divided into two types: 1000 RPM and 540 RPM. The 540 RPM PTO shafts are smaller, with only six splines, while the 1000 RPM PTO shafts are larger. The 540 RPM version is used with implements that require less horsepower and are made for light-duty use.
The PTO shaft transfers power from the tractor’s engine to a PTO-driven implement. When operating at its recommended speed, the PTO shaft rotates at 540 rpm (9 times per second). The higher speed PTO shafts have more splines.
